breakfast buffet helpful staff super clean room remote location feather pillows forgotten request
the breakfast buffet featured many choices. i also appreciated the helpful staff. they clearly explained public transportation options. the room was super clean and decently sized.
The hotel is further from the center. i found no non-feather pillows available. They only had feathered options. my request was also forgotten upon arrival. the pillows were very soft.

decent stay, but some issues arose
The room was spacious, clean, and modern. It was what i expected.
I found the air conditioning lacking. The room was boiling hot, and it wasn't possible to lower the temperature. they gave me a fan, but i still had an uncomfortable night.

some quirks, but not terrible
odd elevator system lacking lobby seating
The elevator system was pretty odd. you have to pick your floor before you even get in, then it loudly announces your destination. also, the lighting in my room seemed to have a mind of its own. It flicked on at random times. the lack of comfortable seating in the lobby was also a bit of a letdown. I think more seating would be a great addition.

Modern Hotel Near the Metro
helpful travel tips gluten-free corner helpful staff second floor
The hotel provided helpful travel tips around the area. The breakfast was a great choice with many options. I thought the gluten-free corner was a real plus. The staff are nice. They helped with advice and what i needed. I liked the foosball and ping pong on the second floor.
The phone in my room did NOT work. Every time I needed something, i had to go to the lobby.

The staff members are nice. They offer helpful advice and assistance to guests. Receptionists were very hyggelig and provided an imøtekommende væremåte. The staff helped me with many things.

huge variety of food warm welcome broken phone half empty hotel
The breakfast buffet offered a huge variety of food. The staff at the front desk provided a warm welcome.
I requested a king bed, but they said it was full. I noticed the hotel was half empty. The phone in my room did not work, so I had to go to the lobby every time I needed something. They never fixed it.
